Taco is a BIG thing here in Norway. It is often called the national dish of Norway, second only to the Grandiosa Pizza of course. π

So when we started Keto, we were sad to see that the taco seasoning we had used to get, had a lot of sugar in it. π
Instead of getting down, we decided to try to replicate it as best we could. πͺπ»The result is this Keto friendly taco seasoning. This recipe should be enough for 400g of ground beef.



Also, if you want it more spicy, you can always add more chili, or more garlic og even add more salt to it. That’s the beauty, you make it your own.
Keto friendly Taco Seasoning

minutesThese are pretty simple instructions for good ol’ fashion taco seasoning. This recipe is for 400g / 14oz of ground beef.
Ingredients
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Erythritol / Sukrin
1 tsp Garlic Pepper
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- Cook ground beef and add spice mixture when it is cooked through together with about 1/2 cup of water.
- Let it simmer until the water has reduced.
- Serve with the rest of you taco ingredients and enjoy!
