Salted Caramel Cheesecake Fat Bombs

Fat Bomb or Cheesecake? πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

You don’t have to look at these as fat bombs. We merely call it that because they are loaded with fat and they come on small bites, as fat bombs usually do. Make this recipe in a cake pan and call it a cheesecake! πŸ˜„ That might not be as frightening for non-keto people. πŸ‘

Suggested alterations and ingredient swaps

As usual, we have a few suggestions on alterations of this recipe. If you are not a fan of pecans you can easily change it out with other nuts. Also, we used salted caramel flavored protein powder and caramel flavored stevia, which makes this a caramel cheesecake. If you only have regular stevia and protein powder in another flavor, I bet that will taste just as good! πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘
