You don’t have to look at these as fat bombs. We merely call it that because they are loaded with fat and they come on small bites, as fat bombs usually do. Make this recipe in a cake pan and call it a cheesecake! ๐ That might not be as frightening for non-keto people. ๐



Suggested alterations and ingredient swaps
As usual, we have a few suggestions on alterations of this recipe. If you are not a fan of pecans you can easily change it out with other nuts. Also, we used salted caramel flavored protein powder and caramel flavored stevia, which makes this a caramel cheesecake. If you only have regular stevia and protein powder in another flavor, I bet that will taste just as good! ๐๐

Ingredients
- Nut layer
60 grams pecan
20 grams butter
Salt
- Cream cheese layer
125 grams cream cheese
50 grams butter
30 grams protein powder (preferably with salted caramel flavor)
30 grams erythritol
30 grams heavy cream
0,5 tsp caramel stevia (or regular stevia)
Salt
Directions
- Combine 60 grams finely chopped pecans together with 20 grams melted butter and a pinch of salt.
- Distribute evenly across 16 fat bombs molds (or you can use a small cake pan).
- Mix together cream cheese, butter, protein powder, erythritol, heavy cream, stevia and salt.
- Distribute evenly across the molds.
- Freeze to set. These are also best stored in the freezer.
- Enjoy straight from the freezer! ๐
