I love fat bombs for several reasons! Firstly, it’s an excellent and easy way of getting enough fat daily. Secondly, they taste so damn good! โค๏ธ But because they taste so good, it has become a little too easy to eat too much of them ๐ฌ That is why I created these chocolate fat bombs with Quest Bar. My main focus was getting the calories down so that I could eat more of them ๐ To do this I made them a bit smaller, and I added more protein, as protein has less calories than fat.

Also, when it comes to fat bombs I love some texture and chew. Both the shredded coconut and the protein bar pieces creates the most satisfying texture to these chocolate fat bombs. ๐

I have made this recipe with several Quest Bar flavors; Double Chocolate Chunk, Rocky Road, Peanut Butter Brownie Smash and Cookie Dough. They all turn out great! Feel free to replace the Quest Bar with your preferred bar of choice. I am thinking about trying Perfect Keto Bars or Keto Krisp Bars next ๐
