These delicious Chocolate Coconut Fat Bombs are the perfect after dinner snack, or a great way to get those fats up during the day.

Ingredients

  • Coconut layer
  • 60g Cacao butter

  • 20g Coconut butter

  • 15g Shredded coconut

  • 1/2 ts Vanilla extract

  • 1 ts Erythritol / Sukrin

  • 15 Drops Liquid Stevia

  • Chocolate layer
  • 50g Cacao butter

  • 20g Coconut butter

  • 15g Coconut oil

  • 20g Cacao powder

  • 15-20 Drops Liquid Stevia

  • A pinch of sea salt

Directions

  • Coconut layer (first layer)
  • Start with the coconut layer.
  • Melt the cacao butter and coconut butter. You can either do this in a sause pan or in the microwave in 30 second bursts.
  • Once it’s all melted, add the rest of the ingredients and combine.
  • Divide the Coconut layer mixture in your mold and put in the freezer to harden.
  • Chocolate layer (second layer)
  • While the first layer is hardening, melt the cacao butter, coconut butter and oil.
  • When the ingredients have melted add the rest of the ingredients and mix well, making sure that you have a nice and smooth chocolate mix.
  • Once the first layer is firm, divide the chocolate mix in the molds and put back in the freezer.
  • Once firm, you can enjoy them when ever your like! πŸ˜‹
