Chocolate Coconut fat bombs ( Keto | Low Carb)

Ingredients
- Coconut layer
60g Cacao butter
20g Coconut butter
15g Shredded coconut
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1 ts Erythritol / Sukrin
15 Drops Liquid Stevia
- Chocolate layer
50g Cacao butter
20g Coconut butter
15g Coconut oil
20g Cacao powder
15-20 Drops Liquid Stevia
A pinch of sea salt
Directions
- Coconut layer (first layer)
- Start with the coconut layer.
- Melt the cacao butter and coconut butter. You can either do this in a sause pan or in the microwave in 30 second bursts.
- Once itβs all melted, add the rest of the ingredients and combine.
- Divide the Coconut layer mixture in your mold and put in the freezer to harden.
- Chocolate layer (second layer)
- While the first layer is hardening, melt the cacao butter, coconut butter and oil.
- When the ingredients have melted add the rest of the ingredients and mix well, making sure that you have a nice and smooth chocolate mix.
- Once the first layer is firm, divide the chocolate mix in the molds and put back in the freezer.
- Once firm, you can enjoy them when ever your like! π
